Data in the service
Atlas stores intellectual-property portfolio and deadline records according to account, workspace, role and client-folder permissions. The user enters the data. Workspace Owners and Administrators can access content according to their roles; Member and Viewer access can be limited to assigned folders.
Support and providers
Atlas administrators do not have default portfolio access. The designed support access is initiated by the Owner, lasts 60 minutes and is read-only. Hosting is configured in Frankfurt; the e-mail provider may process verification codes, invitation links and generic reminders. Live use is not approved until provider contracts and transfer safeguards are verified.
User controls
Users can export some data and close an account. Export scope has not been verified as a complete access response. A shared workspace may remain for other members, and some audit summaries may persist. Paid plans, automatic renewal and collection are not active.
