Controller and roles
Origis IPPM Sınai Mülkiyet Limited Şirketi is intended to be controller for Atlas accounts, security and its service relationship. Address: Osmanağa Mah. Nuri Duyguer Sk. No: 8, Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. Company registry details and the request channel must be verified after incorporation. For portfolio and client data in a customer workspace, the customer is controller and Origis processor where the customer determines the purpose.
Data and purposes
Account/contact details, workspace/role/invitation records, portfolio and deadline fields, client/person details, support requests, security and audit records may be processed to provide accounts, access, portfolio views, deadlines/reminders, support, security and meet legal obligations. Special-category data is not intended.
Legal basis and transfers
The applicable legal basis under KVKK must be assessed for each purpose; blanket explicit consent is not a service condition. The first pilot is limited to invited users in Türkiye. Render is configured in Frankfurt; Resend publishes the US as its primary processing location. This arrangement is not approved for live personal data until contracts and a valid transfer mechanism are verified.
Retention and rights
Technical limitations affect account deletion, shared workspaces, audit logs and backups; no promise of immediate deletion of all data is made. KVKK rights may be exercised through a verified contact channel. The availability of support@origisatlas.com must be confirmed after incorporation.
